Guidance and Support from an all-star roster of coaches with international business and life experience. 

mBARC Navigators are credentialed counselors and coaches who have lived and worked in the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Each mBARC client (an individual or family) will be assigned a dedicated Navigator for the duration of their assignment who will guide and support them every step of the way.

We believe that it’s the caliber and broad-based global experience of our Navigators, combined with the integrated preparation, risk management and on-demand critical incident services that they provide, that fundamentally differentiates mBARC from other mobility and business travel support companies in the market.

Michael Klaybor, Ed.D

Dr. Klaybor has extensive clinical experience and Expat Preparation/Support, Health and MH Training, Executive Coaching, Stress Management, and CISD experience as well. He’s helped several US companies to develop mental health provider networks abroad, and as a consultant, helped ExxonMobil to implement its mental health programming in the Sakhalin Islands. Michael is fluent in Russian.

Quinella Minix, Ed.D., M.Ed.

Ex-military, Dr. Minix was also a civilian employee of the Department of Defense and worked in Iraq, Afghanistan, Dubai, Kuwait, and Germany. She later served as a counselor for Haliburton and Kellogg Brown & Root, supporting employees in North America, the Middle East Region, the UK and Continental Europe.  Dr. Minix developed and implemented global training programs related to coaching/mentoring, healthy lifestyles and wellness.

Jordan Goldrich, MSW, MCEC, PCC

Jordan is an Executive Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership and licensed therapist, his specialty is assisting senior executives in achieving business results while simultaneously developing their organizations, employees and themselves.

Dixie Wilson, MA, LPC.

Dixie is an international behavioral healthcare expert specializing in providing assessment, preparation and repatriation support for expatriate families living and working in the U.K., Norway, Russia, Kazakhstan, Venezuela, Indonesia, Dubai, Qatar, Singapore and Mainland China.

Michael Hack, MSW, LCSW, ACSW

Michael clinically supervised, provided 24/7 direct services, and continually refined worldwide Behavioral Health, Employee Assistance, Workers Compensation and Wellness Programs to ensure overall health, wellness, safety and productivity of 30M employees and their families in 30 countries.

Judy Kaplan, MSW, LCSW, ACSW

Judy is a world traveler who has worked as an expatriate and expatriate family evaluator/coach both for ConocoPhillips and SAIC/Leidos.

Joe Hirsch, BA, MA, LPC

A Network Engineer by trade, Joe has lived and worked in Russelsheim Germany,  Sofia, Bulgaria, Irkutsk, Russia (Siberia), and has traveled extensively throughout Russia and Eastern Europe. He’s worked as an International Relocation Consultant for ConocoPhillips and Leidos Corporation.

Ken Burgess, , M.Ed., LPC

Ken Burgess is a master behavioral health care professional with 25+years of international business experience. He's developed and implemented programming in >100 countries and his cultural sensitivity has enabled him to bring many difficult projects to fruition.

Marian Hirsch

Marian has served as an Executive Coach/Trainer for companies in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Skill areas include: expat preparation, coaching and mentoring; Training and Development; Executive/Manager Coaching and Development; Team Building.
