mBARC was developed in consultation with a cross section of business leaders and experts in the fields of global security and workforce mobility, risk management, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and behavioral science. We focus on the most critical areas: cultural awareness and understanding; adaptability to change and resilience; the family (whether they go with the employee or stay at home); hidden or undisclosed special needs; providing support while on assignment; and helping to make re-entry (repatriation) smooth and rewarding (23% percent of expats leave the company within one year of returning home).
